We invite viewers to volunteer to participate in our events by registering on our site. We also respond to contact emails from participants and interested parties who may have questions or feedback. This data may be stored through WiX.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

We retain your private contact information solely to communicate event instructions such as dairy dates for training sessions etc We do not share your information with anyone else, we do not analyse the data and we do not send marketing emails or any other form of subscription newsletter. If you register as volunteers then you agree to receive information regarding the process and upon registering you have the option to request removal of your details after the event.
