NO REFUNDS AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSING DAY 15th APRIL

Withdrawal of a registration may be made up to and including 15th April, with the option of a refund (less booking fee) or deferral to the 2025 event. Deferral is only permitted once and there is NO REFUND FOLLOWING DEFERMENT- the registration fee has been expended over the two events. Late bookings or withdrawals after 15th April may only request deferral

change, then you must log back on to the StuWeb booking site.

If this is not done, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all race
