WITHDRAWALS
NO REFUNDS AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSING DAY 22nd March 2026
Withdrawal of a registration may be made up to and including 22nd March with the option of a refund (less booking fee) or deferral to the 2027 event.

DEFERMENT
ALLOWED UP TO 5th April 2026.
Only one deferral allowed. There is NO refund following deferment.
You can still choose to swap race after 5th April 2026 up to and including race day. 28T

If your postal address, email address or telephone number details
change, then you must log back on to the StuWeb booking site.
If this is not done, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all race
