WITHDRAWALS 

NO REFUNDS AFTER REGISTRATION CLOSING DAY 15th March 2026 

Withdrawal of a registration may be made up to and including 15th March with the option of a refund (less booking fee) or deferral to the 2027 event.

DEFERMENT   

ALLOWED UP TO 5th April 2026.

Only one deferral allowed.  There is NO refund following deferment.

You can still choose to swap race after 5th April 2026 up to and including race day. 28T

SWAP TO A DIFFERENT RACE 

Permitted up to and including Race Day 

This must be done online via your profile in the members area on our bookig agents website -  Stuweb.co.uk

or if you have already received your bib for your original entry and wish to change events, you will need to exchange this at the meet and greet at St Botolphs Church between 5pm-7pm on Sat 11th April or at the Admin tent from 7am on event day.  If on event day please allow plenty of time to do so.

DATA CHANGES

If your postal address, email address or telephone number details
change, then you must log back on to the StuWeb booking site.

If this is not done, we cannot guarantee that you will receive all race
communications. Any changes after 15th March please ALSO advise Stuweb
